At Peverel Group we have a set of values, that are inherent to every aspect of our work. We believe that it is these values that set us apart from other companies – both in terms of delivering great customer service and being a great place to work.
Our PRIDE values don’t just reflect the service delivered to our customers, they also drive our behaviour. That is why so many of our people stay with us, or even if they do leave, often come back. Feedback from our Investors in People accreditation showed comments from our people such as ‘a great place to work’ and ‘a family culture in a large organisation’ which demonstrate that our PRIDE values are embedded throughout the company.
